Ordering

  • How do I place an order?
    • Explore our curated selection. Select your desired pieces and add them to your cart. Proceed to our secure checkout and provide your delivery details to confirm your order

  • What is an XGift?
    • XGifts allow you to send gifts without knowing the recipients address. Surprise your beloved with XGifts. Choose the perfect gifts and send a secret link via email or DM. They'll unlock their present with a simple checkout, and a confirmation of their delightful surprise will follow.


  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Klarna and Apple Pay.


  • Can I change or cancel my order?
    • If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can contact us to request changes or cancellation. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled.


  • How do I track my order?
    • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched and tracking information shortly after. 

Shipping

  • How much does shipping cost?
    • Tracked shipping is Free Worldwide for orders £25 and over. Orders under £25 have a small order fee of £7.50. 


  • How long does shipping take?
    • Dispatch is split between UK, EU and CN locations depending on order, stock and logistics. Available options will be provided at checkout.

      Worldwide Shipping times vary but will generally arrive within 5-12 working days.
      Products marked 🇬🇧 are available for next day delivery.

      All orders are fully tracked and insured.

  • What happens if my package is lost or damaged?
    • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return policy?
    • We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging.


  • How do I make a return or exchange?
    • Please contact us with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions.


  • Who pays for return shipping?
    • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).

Sizing & Fit

  • How do I know what size to order?
    • Many of our hosiery and intimate products are one-size-fits-most, designed with a stretch fit to comfortably accommodate a wide range of body types. However, some non flexible products are available in general S,M,L sizes. You'll find specific sizing details for each individual item on the product page. If you're still unsure about sizing, we recommend measuring yourself or contacting us for assistance.


  • What if the item doesn't fit?
    • If the item doesn't fit, you can return or exchange it within our return policy timeframe.

Product Care

  • How do I care for my clothing items?
    • Gentle handwashing, air drying, and careful storage preserve the delicate beauty and longevity of hosiery and intimates. Please follow guidelines in garment label when provided.

  • Do you offer gift wrapping?
    • Yes, we offer gift wrapping for an additional fee. This is a personalized service so please contact us to discuss prior to order.
